Safety Related Condition Reports:
Pipeline operators are required to report safety related conditions (SRC) occurring on hazardous liquid or natural gas pipelines. These reports are tracked by OPS to ensure prompt and appropriate action is taken to correct the adverse condition. Additional information on safety related conditions can be obtained by fax request at 202-366-4566.
