The Office of Training and Qualifications provides nationwide training and technical assistance in support of the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS), and their efforts to assure safety in the transport of hazardous gases and liquids in the nation's pipelines.
