The Mill Creek Bridge is currently out. The contractor is currently demolishing the original bridge abutments. The bridge will be out until late October, 2007. Access to Oowah Lake Rd. is available from the South approach is open with minor or no delays. Access to Warner Lake from the north is also open without delay.
The project is located on Forest Highway Route 46, La Sal Mountain Loop Road. The route begins at a junction with SR-191 about six miles south of Moab, Utah, and proceeds 36.5 miles east and north to the junction with SR-128. The Mill Creek structure is located at approximately MP 13.4 on FH 46.

Alternate Routes
Access to Oowah Lake Road is available from the South approach to the bridge. There are minor or no delays to public traffic. Maximum delay is 30 minutes. Large vehicles and vehicles pulling trailers are encouraged to turn around at the vault toilet located approximately 1/2 mile South of the bridge, as there are no wide areas to turn around anywhere else.
Access to Warner Lake is available from the North approach to the bridge at this time. No delays are anticipated.
