OTHER RESEARCHERS ARE NOT CONVINCED, BUT THERE IS NO CONTROVERSY ABOUT ONE FACT: THE MASTER HAD BEEN A VERY SICK MAN YEARS BEFORE HIS DEATH IN 1827.
