TOP Update

During 2001 and 2002, the Technology Opportunities Program published TOP Update, a quarterly print newsletter focusing on the people and projects that embody TOP's mandate to be a catalyst for development of the information infrastructure through the exchange of information.

TOP Update highlighted individuals administering TOP-supported projects; communities where TOP projects were being implemented; and lessons learned from TOP-supported activities.
