Commerce Grant Information Meetings February 3rd, 9th & 10th in DC, New York or Chicago

Each year Commerce establishes partnerships with several trade associations and other industry-promotion organizations through the Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP). The partnerships include financial assistance for these organizations as well as an opportunity to work more closely with ITA. We'd like to meet with as many organizations as possible in the next few weeks.

Yesterday, OTTI was provided with the information in this e-mail and asked to send it to contacts we may have at trade associations and other interested parties in the Chicago, New York City, and Washington, DC areas. Commerce would like to invite you or maybe someone you feel should attend the appropriate MDCP outreach event listed below:

Learn about how the federal government can help your organization help your member companies be more competitive in the world economy. Each year we make several cash awards to associations and non-profits like yours. They use the funds to pursue projects that help U.S. firms develop foreign markets.
