To maintain the court docket for administrative law judge
adjudications. The records and information in the case tracking system are used
as the court docket system in administrative law judge hearings conducted
pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552, 553, 554, 556 and 557 and/or a variety of particular
statutes and Executive Orders. The purpose of the system is to facilitate the
processing of cases and determination of issues in hearings and appeals
proceedings.
In addition to those universal routine uses listed in the General
Prefatory Statement to this document, information may be disclosed to
contractors and other Federal agencies, as necessary, for the purpose of
assisting this agency in further development and continuing maintenance of the
system, or hearing-related functions.
Since the administrative law judges proceedings conducted by the Office
of Administrative Law Judges are public, court docket records are available for
public inspection.

Access is limited to authorized users.
Records are deleted fifty years after the appeal process has been
completed.
