Instructions for correctly unzipping "moves2004installer.zip" using Microsoft
Windows Explorer and WinZIP: 

(1.) after downloading, right click on the "moves2004installer.zip" file in Explorer.
(2.) Select the "Extract to ..." option.
(3.) This will open the "Extract" window in WinZIP, whereby a directory path can
be chosen (if desired, a "New Folder" can be created and named by clicking the
"New Folder..." button after choosing the directory path).
(4.) Choose the "Use Folder Names" box in the lower left hand corner of the
"Extract" window.
(5.) Click the "Extract" button.
(6.) The unzipped contents of the moves2004installer.zip file will be placed in the
directory path chosen in step (3), in the form of two folders ("MOVESInstallerJan
-06-2005" and "mysql") and the installation guide ("InstallationGuide-Jan-04-
2005").
(7.) To install MOVES2004, follow the step-by-step instructions in the installation
guide.
