This installation download contains required patches 1 and 2 to the version of MOVES2004 
currently posted on the MOVES website.  MOVES2004 needs to have already been installed
on your computer before running this installation patch. (You do not need to reinstall 
MOVES2004 if it has been installed in the past.)  You should run this installation 
even if you already have installed Patch 1. 

MOVES2004 Patch 1 fixes an error in the "tabbedoutput.sql" 
post-processing script which was causing output formatting problems when this script 
was executed.  

MOVES2004 Patch 2 fixes a problem of model output not being produced when run specifications
called for time period preaggregation and did not include source use type 21. 

Instructions for correctly unzipping "moves2004_patch2_installer.zip" using Microsoft 
Windows Explorer and WinZIP: 

(1.) after downloading, right click on the "moves2004_patch2_installer.zip" file in 
Explorer.
(2.) Select the "Extract to ..." option.
(3.) This will open the "Extract" window in WinZIP, whereby a directory path can
be chosen (if desired, a "New Folder" can be created and named by clicking the
"New Folder..." button after choosing the directory path).
(4.) Choose the "Use Folder Names" box in the lower left hand corner of the
"Extract" window.
(5.) Click the "Extract" button.
(6.) The unzipped contents of the moves2004_patch2_installer.zip file will be placed in 
the directory path chosen in step (3), in the "MOVESPatch2InstallerJun-21-2005" folder
(7.) To begin installation of the patch, run the program "movespatch.exe" located in the 
"Windows" subfolder.  The installation is straightforward, but will require you to confirm 
the location of the folder / subfolder where the MOVES program already resides.
