Directory Contents for OMS/OMS1_OMS2 directory.

The emis directory contains the pre-merged SNPR 2007 Budget
emissions used to create the OMS1 and OMS2 output by applying
controls on Motor Vehicle emissions.  Also included in the
directory are the pre-merged SNPR 1995/1996 Base Year emissions.

The xymap directory contains MapL1 model output from the OMS1,
OMS2, SNPR 1995/1996 Base, and SNPR 2007 Budget runs.
