On April 14, 2003, CS Shanghai held the second in its logistics seminar series - partnering again with the American Chamber of Commerce - Shanghai. Hosted by CS Shanghai at the U.S. Commercial Center, the seminar featured three speakers from PWC China, YCH Group, and BP China – all of whom focused on financial aspects of Customs clearance and logistics operations. The audience came mainly from Shanghai-based U.S. manufacturers and trading companies.

Themes included knowing your rights under WTO, keeping your costs down, and working through other professionals to process documents and move goods efficiently. The next seminar in the series may focus on how to capture and preserve market share in an extremely competitive Chinese logistics and transportation environment.
