LANGUAGE SERVICES - MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE 738 II; SOLICITATION NUMBER: TFTP-GC-017382-B, Refresh #7 dated September 16, 2008 adds 2 NEW Special Item Numbers. Services for Comprehensive Linguistic Analytical Services (CLASS) and Services for the Visual and Hearing Impaired are added to this schedule. Existing contractors under this schedule desiring to add these services may do so through a modification request rather than a new offer submission. This standing solicitation replaces the previous version dated APRIL 22, 2008. Submissions using the refresh #6 version of the solicitation will be required to do so 30 days from the posting date of this refresh. After 30 days, a proposal submitted under the previous version will be rejected. Central Contractor Registration is required prior to submission of offers. This solicitation is open continuously with no closing date and the resultant contract types are awarded as Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity; Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. Contract periods commence on the Date of Award through a 5 year period with three 5-year option periods. The resultant contracts provide a streamlined acquisition approach for Federal Agencies to obtain Language Services.
