 Mariner Outreach System (MOS)

This site is sponsored by the Maritime Administration (MARAD) as a service to U.S. merchant mariners who, through their qualifications, job skills and experiences, contribute to the overall economic interests and national security of the United States.

This website provides a way for mariners who participate in the Mariner Outreach System to review their USCG qualifications and provide up to date contact information.

MARAD Deputy Maritime Administrator, Sean T. Connaughton

“The ability to contact mariners is critical to MARAD’s mission to ensure adequate numbers of qualified mariners are available to meet our nation’s needs during peacetime and during times of national emergency. We hope you find this site useful. Your participation is important to us.”
