Also known as the Congressional District Data File, the STF 3H contains 150 tables mainly showing data based on the sample or "long form" questionnaire, along with some demographic data based on the short form questions asked of the complete population. Data are shown for all congressional districts; it includes the 10 states whose congressional districts were newly defined for the 99th Congress. Those states were: California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington.
