Correction

    In rule document 97-23352, beginning on page 47114, in the issue of 
Friday, September 5, 1997, make the following correction:

Appendix I to Part 86 [Corrected]

    On page 47136, in the first column, footnote 1 should be added to 
read as follows: ``<SUP>1</SUP>Closed throttle motoring.''
