Market Offerings DivisionThe Market Offerings Division is responsible for developing, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of PBS' products and services that benefit our Federal agency customers. We work with each of the business lines within PBS and all of the Regions. Where existing products and services are concerned, we evaluate how these offerings are fulfilling customers' needs and providing a return on investment commensurate with our expectations. In the realm of new products and services, we assess the marketplace need, design the offering, beta test it, price it appropriately, develop performance criteria, and roll it out. In all cases, we seek to improve the performance of PBS' market offerings, increase their visibility, and identify partnership opportunities that make sense.
