Established in January 2005 to assess risks to domestic critical infrastructure and key resources through enhanced integration of intelligence reporting and analysis with information from respective infrastructure sectors. Analysis of suspicious activity reporting is part of HITRAC's mission to provide strategic, national-level analysis of information reported to the Department.

The mission of DTRA is to safeguard America and its allies from Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high yield explosives, by providing capabilities to reduce, eliminate, and counter WMD threats, and mitigate its effects.

Disaster Preparedness
This audio publication contains radio public service announcements (PSAs) to inform the public about the risk of natural disasters, how to respond to those disasters, and what to do after a disaster has occurred.
 
Multi-Hazard Mitigation Planning "Blue Book"
To help States, Tribes, and local governments better understand the Mitigation Planning rule under 44 CFR Part 201. First, the "Blue Book" is designed to help Federal and State reviewers evaluate mitigation plans from different jurisdictions in a fair and consistent manner. Second, the "Blue Book" is intended to help States, Tribes, and local jurisdictions develop new mitigation plans or modify existing ones in accordance with the requirements of the Rule.
