The Training Center is centrally located within the heartland for hazardous materials and pipeline safety training and qualifications of Federal and State Pipeline Safety Partners. In addition to training offerings at various locations for Hazardous Materials Safety and Pipeline Safety, the Center promotes uniformity in the application of pipeline safety regulations throughout America and provides critical, hands-on training through the use of laboratory and field exercises.
