You have been transferred from Schedules e-Library to GSA e-Buy. You must login before requesting quotes from contractors. Your user id and password are the same as your Advantage user id and password. If you do not have an e-Buy/Advantage password, select "Register for a User ID and Password" below the login area.
NOTE: Some of the vendors listed in Schedules e-Library do not participate in GSA e-Buy and therefore, they will not be available in the e-Buy system. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are working to get full participation from all schedule vendors.

- GSA's latest e-Business innovation, e-Buy, is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts(GWAC).
Federal buyers can use e-Buy to obtain quotes or proposals for services, large quantity purchases, big ticket items, and purchases with complex requirements.
