About OMO
The Office of Management and Organization (OMO) is part of the Department's Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration (CFO/ASA).
- Mission
The Office of Management and Organization (OMO) consists of a team of management and program analysts who perform numerous functions vital to the effective functioning of the Department.
As a member of the CFO/ASA team, OMO leads and participates in Departmental task forces to ensure effective program coordination and cooperation for crosscutting goals. OMO staff provides advice and consultation on organizational structure, management improvements and related analytical activities.
