Tuition and Training
Reimbursement are available to employees to help improve performance of official
duties or to gain new skills needed within the organization. Through the Academic
Study Program, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) provides funding for a
full academic year of graduate credits to enhance and develop your knowledge in
disciplines relevant to agency programs. Under some circumstances, undergraduate
credits may also be funded.

Savings Plan, a tax deferred savings option of up to 10% of salary with matching government
contributions of up to 5%. Counseling: We support an Employee Counseling and
Assistance Program that offers confidential individual and family counseling services.
