Proposed Rule for Cleaner Recreational Vehicles (Marine and Land-Based), and Nonroad Large Spark-Ignition Engines

This proposed rule, published October 5, 2001, lays out a plan
for setting emission standards that would apply to these categories
of nonroad engines and vehicles.
