Compliance and Liaison Division (CG-00H-1)
Provides leadership and management in development of policies and programs that apply to all Coast Guard External Civil Rights compliance and outreach programs in order to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, statutes, and Executive Orders.
Policy and Plans Division (CG-00H-2)
Ensures Coast Guard compliance with Equal Opportunity Laws, Executive Orders, Government Wide Policies and Regulations, and Commandant Equal Opportunity Instructions for both Military and Civilian Personnel.
Strategic Planning and Resource Management Team (CG-00H-3)
Provides data analysis, fiscal resources and business planning to the Coast Guard Civil Rights program in support of mission execution.
Investigations and Response (CG-00H-4)
Oversees the Coast Guard Alternative Dispute Resolution program, responds to Congressional inquiries, and administers the formal and informal complaint resolution process.
