REVIEW COMMISSION
The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission is an independent agency not affiliated with the Department of Labor. As a courtesy, however, we have provided a link to the Commission's web site which posts recently issued Commission decisions, the Commission's rules of practice, and a description of how various types of cases are processed before the Commission. The decisions and procedural rules posted on the web site are to be used for informational purposes only and not as an official source. The official copy for purposes of citing the decisions may be found in the "Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission Decisions" "blue books" published by the U.S. Government Printing Office each month. With regard to the Commission's procedural rules, practitioners should consult the official rules as published in 29 C.F.R. Part 2700.
