| Summary: | This report presents the results of our audit of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Airport Noise Compatibility Program. The goal of the Noise Compatibility Program is to reduce existing noncompatible land uses around airports and to prevent the introduction of additional noncompatible land uses. We met with your staff to discuss our results, and their comments were incorporated into this report where appropriate. |
