This page describes certain medicines that are on the Commerce Control List and therefore are not eligible for the Office of Foreign Asset's Control's expedited procedure for applications to export to Iran or Sudan. Ineligible Medicines:

The following vaccines, immunotoxins, medical products, diagnostic and food testing kits are controlled on the Commerce Control List in Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 1C991 and are not eligible for export under the expedited procedures authorized by the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000.
