This report describes the implementation of Corrective Action under RCRA at nearly 900 facilities. These facilities represent the universe of sites that had implemented stabilization measures and/or selected a final remedy by 1997.
The only difference between this version and the one published on 9/25/00 is a revised discussion of groundwater point of compliance (POC) findings on pages 4-7 and 4-8.
