PHMSA uses the DOT Google search tool. When you search, the first results are pages that contain all of the words you are looking for. The list continues with pages containing individual words, and finally, a list of terms wihich are similar. You can refine or narrow your search by adding quotes to the terms you've already entered to ensure only the list of exact terms is returned. The new list is a subset of the pages that were returned originally.
