Only Representative Service: With only weeks remaining in the pre-registration phase, it is essential that non-EU companies move quickly to appoint an Only Representative (OR) to ensure their substances are pre-registered before the end of November. CSI can offer a cost effective “one-stop shop” for companies needing to appoint an OR. CSI can help companies establish their precise pre-registration needs, can provide a substance-specific OR legal agreement which defines the roles and responsibilities of both parties, and can pre-register all required substances using the REACH-IT system. Taking on the role of OR carries with it a significant legal responsibility to comply with all relevant registration obligations under REACH, therefore it is important that non-EU companies look to an established consultancy to ensure that they can maintain their EU market presence after the pre-registration phase is finished. Beyond the pre-registration process, CSI can assist non-EU companies with a comprehensive range of REACH services.

Consortia Management: Communication with Substance Information Exchange For a (SIEF) members and assistance with consortia formation. Communication with suppliers, downstream users and legal advisors. Administrative and technical support for consortia.
Data Sharing & Data Development: Review of existing data, identification of data gaps, development of testing and cost sharing strategies, placement and monitoring of studies at contract research organizations.
Preparation & Submission of Documents: Preparation of technical dossiers, safety data sheets (SDS), chemical safety assessments (CSA), chemical safety reports (CSR) and supporting IUCLID databases. Submission of documentation to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)
