     Rod Wolthoff, Corpus Christi Army Depot, Department of the Army, Corpus Christi,
TX, appearing for Department of the Army.

FENNESSY, Board Judge.

     The subject claim was for permanent change of station expenses and temporary
quarters subsistence expenses incurred by claimant, Jeremy R. Greer, in connection with his
permanent change of station.  On February 15, 2007, the Corpus Christi Army Depot
forwarded to the Board a settlement agreement reflecting that the Department of the Army
and Mr. Greer have settled all issues relating to Mr. Greer's claim and that Mr. Greer's
signature on the settlement agreement constitutes Mr. Greer's withdrawal of the subject
claim.

     Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
