February 1, 2007 CBCA 512-RELO In the Matter of GEORGE H. WHITE III George H. White III, Madison, AL, Claimant. Michael R. Shutter, Chief, Civil Law Division, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, GA, appearing for Department of the Air Force. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). After the Department of the Air Force transferred George H. White III to a new permanent duty station, Mr. White sold his residence at his old duty station and asked the Air Force to reimburse him for various expenses of the sale. The Air Force paid some, but not all, of the expenses. Mr. White asked us to review the agency's determination as to the items it had not paid. The Air Force responded by agreeing to pay some of the expenses in question. Mr. White accepted this resolution of the matter, so there is nothing left for us to decide. Accordingly, the case is dismissed. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
