     Burlynda L. Knight, Chief, Personnel Management Branch, Air Force District of
Washington, Department of the Air Force, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, DC,
appearing for Department of the Air Force.

     Donald M. Boone asked us to review the Department of the Air Force's decision to
deny his request for a relocation expense.

     On January 17, 2007, the Board received a letter from Mr. Boone stating the agency
informed him the expense would be reimbursed and he is in agreement with the disposition
of his claim.  Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
