VERGILIO, Board Judge.

On May 7, 2007, the Board received from Anthony D. Dumlao (a civilian employee of the Department of Defense) a request to review his claim for reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with a relocation to a new duty station. The claimant disputed the reimbursement of less than the full amount he requested and the associated obligation to reimburse the Government for the excess value of an advance. During the development of the record, the parties engaged in discussions. On September 7, 2007, the Board received a joint motion to dismiss with prejudice, the parties having entered into a settlement agreement and release of claims, hereby made binding upon the parties.

In accordance with the request, the matter is dismissed with prejudice.
