                             ORDER
                                
     The San Carlos Apache Tribe, appellant, filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under audit report number 2006-A-0080-BIA, concerning contract number
CTH58T61657.  On April 30, 2007, appellant filed a motion for dismissal stating that the
parties have resolved their dispute and attaching a copy of the agreement, which indicates, 
inter alia, respondent does not oppose appellant's motion.

     This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
