On February 26, 2007, Rain and Hail, L.L.C. filed notices of appeal in connection with disputes under policy numbers MP-330535 and MP-390443. On November 5, 2007, appellant filed a letter requesting dismissal with prejudice, along with an executed settlement agreement.

Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
