| Summary: | Richard Tuebner, owner of RMT & Co., an aircraft parts brokerage firm in Cincinnati, OH, that sells aircraft parts for charter aircraft, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Dallas, TX, to 2 years in jail and ordered to pay $5,320 in restitution and fines. Tuebner pleaded guilty to wire fraud for preparing false documents signifying the airworthiness of aircraft parts of unknown origin which he then sold. OIG investigated this case with the assistance of FAA and the Defense Criminal Investigative Service. |
