Summary:On October 22, 2007, Krister Sven Evertson, former owner of SBH Corporation, was sentenced in U.S. District Court, Pocatello, Idaho, to 21 months in prison, 3 years supervised release, and ordered to pay $421,049 in restitution and a $300 special assessment for hazardous waste violations. On June 18, 2007, a jury convicted Mr. Evertson of violating the Hazardous Materials Transportation Uniform Safety Act and violations related to the illegal storage and disposal of sodium metal.
