Summary:	On October 3, 2007, Allen D. Good was sentenced in U.S. District Court, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to 51 months of incarceration and 36 months probation; and was ordered to pay $363,633 in restitution to the victims and forfeit $176,243 to the U.S. Government. Mr. Good was found guilty at trial in December 2006 on one count of conspiracy and three counts of false statements in connection with conducting improper overhauls on aircraft engines. Two other defendants, Larry G. Good and Robert E. Parker, were sentenced on September 28, 2007. The investigation revealed that the defendants falsified entries in aircraft logbooks in connection with the overhaul of aircraft engines. They were aware the engines were not overhauled properly, contained replacement parts that were marked “not airworthy,” or were simply unsafe for use on an aircraft.
