Date:April 20, 2005
Type:Investigation
Summary:On April 20, Terry West, a former certified third-party CDL tester for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety, pled guilty in U.S. District Court in New Orleans, LA to making false statements related to passing scores he issued on various examinations required of CDL applicants.
