| Summary: | Barry Werley, a truck driver for Ontelaunee Transport Services Inc., of Kempton, PA, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia to ten counts of falsifying his driver’s daily logbook. Werley made the false entries to hide that fact that he was driving over the maximum number of hours allowed under FMCSA regulations. A sentencing date has not been set. |
