Type:Investigation
Summary:Guillermo Monsalve of Plano, TX, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Dallas to falsifying his airman medical application about prior DUI convictions. Monsalve was a ground instructor at Link Aviation, a school for pilots in Addison, TX, where he provided classroom training.
