Summary: | Sean Brinkley, owner of now-defunct Friendly Transportation, of Richmond, VA, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Norfolk to charges of providing false information to the FMCSA. Brinkley was indicted in October on charges of wire fraud involving a scheme to improperly secure permission from the FMCSA to operate a passenger bus for hire. OIG investigated this case with the FBI. |
