| Summary: | We will audit FTA’s oversight of acquisition and management practices regarding bus fleets. Our objective is to determine whether FTA ensures that grantees using Federal funds to purchase, maintain, and operate transit bus fleets (1) follow procurement and management practices in accordance with Federal rules and regulations and (2) have instituted business practices (including standardization) for the most cost-effective use of Federal dollars. |
