Summary:	This audit will determine whether the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has made progress implementing and improving internal controls over its financial management practices, as recommended in recent oversight reports. The National Transportation Safety Board Amendments Act of 2000 gave OIG authority to review the financial management, property management, and business of operations of NTSB, including internal accounting and administrative control systems, to determine compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
