| Summary: | On December 22, we initiated an audit of the Department’s FY 2006 consolidated financial statements. The audit is due to the Office of Management and Budget by November 15, 2006. The work will include an audit of the special purpose financial statements for the Department of the Treasury for consolidation in the Financial Report of the U.S. Government, and Agreed-Upon Procedures on intragovernmental balances. |
