Title:Airport Sweep Update (Miami)

Summary:Jaqueline Garzon of Miami, FL, a former passenger services agent for Ultra Aviation at Miami International Airport, pleaded guilty on January 9 in U. S. District Court in Miami to providing a false Social Security number on an application for a security badge. Garzon and seven other airport workers were arrested September 6 for various Federal crimes involving their access to secure and sterile areas of the airport. To date, seven defendants have been convicted. The remaining defendants are scheduled for trial in February.
