| Summary: | Arrest warrants were issued for 7 people charged with making false statements or misusing a social security number in order to gain employment at the Detroit (MI) Metropolitan Airport. OIG special agents participated in the arrests. Not counting today's arrests, OIG has participated in the arrest of 618 people, the indictment of 781 people (including those arrested) in 22 operations at 27 airports since 9-11. |
