Summary:	Ruben Ricardo Santana, a cargo handler at Miami International Airport pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Miami to FAA security violations and theft of mail. Santana used his MIA Security Identification Display Area badge to gain access to secure areas of the airport and steal military express, international and priority mail articles from Lufthansa Airlines' cargo facility. OIG investigated this case with the Miami-Dade Police Department and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
