Title:Dulles Airport Worker Admits Using Fake ID to Obtain Security Badge

Summary:Noel J. James, an employee of a catering company at Dulles International Airport, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Alexandria, VA, to using another person’s Social Security number to obtain a line of credit. James also used the Social Security number to obtain Security Identification Display Area badges. The badges allow access to secure areas of the airport, including the ramps and tarmac. James was arrested on December 7, 2001. OIG investigated this case with Social Security Administration’s OIG, FBI, and Postal Inspection Service.
