Summary: | Noel J. James, an employee of a catering company at Dulles International Airport, was arrested for using a false Social Security number to obtain a SIDA badge, which gave him access to secure areas at the airport. An illegal alien, James had been jailed pending a preliminary hearing, which has not yet been scheduled. OIG investigated this case with the Social Security Administration OIG, FBI, and U.S. Postal Inspection Service. |
